Challenge
Create a refined brand identity for Chocolatier Genevieve, a high-end chocolatier startup aiming to convey elegance and indulgence through its packaging and presentation. The visual branding needed to elevate a minimalist packaging approach while leaving a lasting impression with customers.
Solution
A sophisticated, typographic logo was chosen to reflect the artisanal quality of the chocolates. The mark was embossed onto pearlescent paper, enhancing the tactile experience and reinforcing the luxurious feel. I also designed a custom folding piece that served as both a business card and a leave-behind insert—packaged with the chocolates to subtly elevate the unboxing experience and reinforce the brand’s high-end positioning.
Outcome
The final branding successfully captured the richness and refinement of the product, giving Chocolatier Genevieve a distinct and elegant identity from launch. The simple yet luxe packaging approach helped differentiate the brand in a competitive market and left a memorable impression with customers and retailers alike.
