Challenge
Redesign a career coaching resource website to serve three distinct audiences: job seekers, mid-career professionals, and college students. The site needed to organize growing content across a wide range of career topics—such as personal branding, résumé writing, and interview skills—while appealing visually and functionally to each demographic.

Solution
I developed a clean, modular layout with clear segmentation for each user group. Diverse, age-appropriate photography and a flexible color palette were used to visually differentiate content areas while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. The site architecture was designed to scale as content expanded, with intuitive navigation and clear user pathways for each audience segment.

Outcome
