Challenge
Design a compelling annual report and accompanying fact sheet for the USG Foundation that highlighted the organization's yearly impact while staying true to existing brand guidelines. The materials needed to be visually engaging, employee-focused, and easily digestible for a broad audience—ranging from internal stakeholders to the public.
Solution
I designed a highly visual, infographic-style fact sheet as a quick, accessible overview of the Foundation’s key achievements. This piece paired with a more detailed annual report that expanded on those highlights. Both were unified by a refreshed design system that built upon USG’s brand identity, emphasizing employees in action and the real-world outcomes of the Foundation’s initiatives.
Outcome
The finished materials successfully communicated the Foundation’s impact in a way that was both informative and visually engaging. The fact sheet proved to be a useful leave-behind and digital shareable, while the full report offered stakeholders a deeper dive into the year’s accomplishments—all while reinforcing brand consistency and employee involvement.
