gizmo design. So what’s the story behind “Gizmo”? It’s a play on our owner’s name, but it’s also about a playful business sense and coming up with those almost undefinable “gizmos” and ideas we use to move your business ahead.

Any business can benefit from a strong, cohesive brand, and we make it affordable, practical and worthwhile for our clients to utilize high-end design.

We’re centrally located in the West Loop, just west of downtown Chicago.

Gizmo is a small Chicago graphic design firm that draws on years of design and copywriting experience with specialties in business-to-business and consumer audiences.

You will always deal with one person — Lisa, our owner — as the primary contact, project manager and designer. We bring in outside developers when the work necessitates specialists in databases, building custom web apps or protecting your information with the latest resources and manage through to the end. Throughout, we test, confer on objectives and strive to meet your deadlines with quality work.

We’ve worked at big and small agencies including Edelman Public Relations and Brann Chicago, conceptualizing and executing creative for multinational companies.

Select previous and current clients include University of Chicago Hospitals, The Anti-Cruelty Society, PeoplePC, TDK, Zebra Technologies Corporation and Fujitsu.
